About the Substance Use and Misuse Calculators
Two tools for substance use and misuse research are currently available:
- Conversion factors for determining morphine- and lorazepam-equivalent doses
- Urine toxicology testing – Method, reporting, and detection cut-off chart
These resources were developed by researchers and clinicians (Principal Investigator: Aleksandra Zgierska, MD, PhD) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine & Public Health – Department of Family Medicine.
